We are adopting!

Adoption definitely has a special place in our hearts. We believe we have been adopted as sons and daughters into God’s family and that this truth is an important part of the gospel. God commanded us to take care of orphans (James 1:27) and while not every one is called to adopt, God clearly showed us adoption is the next step in our lives.

First and foremost, we would appreciate prayers throughout this journey and transition to a family of five. The process has been harder emotionally than anything. Please pray for our hearts as we remember that even though our child is separated from us by an entire ocean, that God is the ultimate comforter and protector.
