This holiday season, I’ve decided to step out of my comfort zone and spend my Christmas break on a mission trip to Thailand. I’ll be traveling with Loma Linda University (LLU) to partner with Asia-Pacific International University and Bangkok Adventist Hospital.
As many of you know, my passion for healthcare is what drives me, and this trip is a chance to put that into practice where it’s truly needed. We’ll be providing health and dental screenings to local communities and working alongside Thai physicians and university students.
Here’s what we’ll be doing:
Providing Care: Setting up clinics for health screenings and sharing vital wellness topics with the local population.
Community Building: Interacting with local families and participating in church activities.
Cultural Exchange: Sharing academic experiences with students at APIU.
(And yes, I might even get to visit an elephant sanctuary!)
I am so excited to spend the "Season of Giving" quite literally giving back. To make this happen, I’m looking to raise $1900 to cover travel and medical supply costs.
Whether it’s $10 or $100, every bit helps me get to Bangkok to serve these communities. If you aren't able to donate, I would love your prayers and good vibes for a safe and impactful trip!
