300,000 new churches are needed in Russia. Despite its centuries old familiarity with the gospel via the Russian Orthodox Church, less than 1% of the population of this vast nation attends any kind of Christian church. Evangelical churches boast even smaller numbers.
Journey to the other side of the planet to partner with those few, small, and vibrant churches in Russia working to increase the faith of their nation and the 144 million people who inhabit it.
On this e3 Expedition, we will be serving in Abakan with a local church, reaching youth and young adults in the Khakass culture context. We will work in the city and in the surrounding towns and villages.
God has taught me many things throughout my time during college, including giving my life more to others. To reach out and be a brother to others. I love to serve and this summer, in July I have the opportunity to go on a 3 week mission trip with e3 Partners Ministry to Abakan Russia.
My team will work with national churches and believers to target unreached people groups with the Gospel. Each day, I will work with several local believers, including a translator, and go throughout the community, sharing Christ with those we meet. Our local partners are committed to following up with those who make professions of faith throughout the week and will establish new churches in those areas.
I need to raise $4500 for the trip and any support you give is greatly appreciated! This will cover the flight, transportation to the different churches and cities, sleeping quarters and etc. I ask that you consider being a part in this mission through your prayers and financial contributions to share the Gospel in Russia.
"Because we loved you so much, we were delighted to share with you not only the gospel of God but our lives as well" 1 Thessalonians 2:8
“He began going about from one city and village to another, proclaiming and preaching the Kingdom of God; and the twelve were with him...and many others who were contributing to their support out of their private means (Luke 8:1-3).”
