Who we are

Partnership in Academics and Development (PAD) serves in Central Asia and the Middle East to empower society through transformational community development in the all realms of education and rural community development.  The programs for the community is tailored in each community to their specific needs in cooperation with local, national and community leaders.  We believe that each community is unique and has given strengths and assets that if enhanced can make a long-term difference for the next generation

WHat we do

PAD has been active for almost twenty years. It has worked with universities to teach English, business, ethics and governance. It has developed micro-enterprise programmes for women, it has provided education for impoverished children, after-school care programs to augment what the children are getting at school. Additionally, PAD has provided toilets, wells and other needed items for schools to ensure the quality of life and care for children.Our commitment is to support education in many forms and our belief that each community and person has unique and special qualities that if enhanced or strengthened through education causes this person or community to thrive. They are taught in ways that allow them to teach others to do the same!  Also, we are looking for ways to improve the support systems that give good health and welfare.
