Registration Information
TOHH Missionary
Missionaries are required to sign up through this registration. The total cost (flights not included) for this trip is $650.00 (other Fees included) This registration covers TOHH Guesthouse fee and Pure Charity fee. The TOHH Guesthouse fee includes the cost of food, housing, travel to and from the airport in Haiti, a tropical beach day and operational costs.
Team Leader & Board Member
We appreciate our Team Leader and all they need to do in order to organize a team to come to Haiti. This Registration covers a TOHH T-Shirt that is required to be worn during travel day.
About this trip
Calling all doctors, nurses, medical professionals, and those studying to become medical professionals! We are forming a medical team to travel to Haiti for one week, and need your help! There are hundreds of people in need of medical care. This medical team will provide necessary care to the members of our community in Haiti through mobile clinics, health seminars, and also have an opportunity to join in on a building project.
This Medical trip will be led by Vinetta McCann DNP,ANP,ACNP- BC

Deadline dates are to be upheld or your trip will be canceled
After your TOHH register to be on this trip you will be asked to fill out other forms. All forms are required to be completed by: February 28, 2020
March 6, 2020: Must purchase flights by this date and email confirmation itinerary to angela@treeofhopehaiti.org
(Do not buy flights until you check with your team leader for exact flight information) Teams are to be on the same flight to ensure everyone is together, prices may vary
April 3, 2020: Final Balance of Guesthouse fee $500.00 and Pure Charity fee $25 (This is minus your $125.00 Deposit that is required for registration.)
