My plan was to make a rare visit to the office cafeteria this morning, a few hours before starting the fast, so that I had a little more food in me to get me through the day.Then I got caught up in my work tasks and completely forgot.  Oops.I still had lunch to consume before the fast started, so that wasn't a big deal.  But upon reflection, it occurred to me that I forgot to eat.  I had the op...
