We have BIG news! As many of you know we are adopting a child from Colombia! 

We have now identified a child who we are pursuing to adopt and we hope will be a part of our family soon! He’s the sweetest little 2 year old boy with a big smile. We aren’t allowed to share any pictures until the adoption is final so you’ll just have to believe us :) 

We are beyond excited and are doing everything we can to be prepared to welcome a beautiful new life into our home. As part of our adoption process, we have started a crowdfunding campaign. It may surprise you to hear that our adoption related costs will likely total $42,000. We have spent $10,228 of our own money already and easily have about $31,000 left. We need to raise $7,650 in the next month in order to send in our dossier. This is why we have set a goal of $20,000 to help bridge the gap in finances. As we received a referral much earlier than anticipated we truly need your help in order to bring this sweet little boy into our family.
