Troy develops software that helps thousands of missionaries have more time for ministry. His main project, TntMPD, started out as a personal project to help him better manage his own ministry. Now it helps thousands of other missionaries, and is available in over a dozen languages. It's used by missionaries from hundreds of mission organizations.

Tammy coaches missionaries in how to better organize their time and space for more effective life and ministry. Her desire is to help unleash their potential, so that they have more time and energy for reaching people for Christ.
