Update: Hudson has been diagnosed with osteomyelitis, a bone infection, in his foot. He is currently hospitalized in China and has undergone one surgery so far. We are attempting a medical expedite to be able to bring him home so he can get treated here. The medical care he can receive here would be invaluable and to be able to heal here as opposed to in the orphanage will reduce the chance of reinfection tremendously. That being said, if we are granted the expedite, we are looking to raise the additional $20,000 very quickly. Our fundraising efforts were going well with extra work and our fundraisers you all have been so generous with, but we were expecting to have more time.  Not sure how it's going to happen but we have to try! 

How our journey to Hudson began:

 We never thought we would be going through this process again so soon, but our son is waiting. I met a little boy on my recent trip to China. God whispered from the moment I met him, this is your son. As much as I tried to ignore God, I couldn't! He is a sweet, spunky,  adorable 7-year old boy with Spina Bifida.  The sooner he is home the sooner he can start building his new life. He can get the medical treatment he needs, go to school, and be the loved and cherished son every child deserves to be. 

I never thought this could be harder then the first time, but I have been proven wrong. My heart aches knowing who my child is and I have an urgency to start getting my piece done to bring him home.  We are also still recovering financially from Owen's adoption and medical bills making the financial part even more stressful than round one.

Every donation is important and will help make this adoption a possibility for us. We know that without support of others and some major God sized miracles, we will not be able to bring our boy home.
