On July 30, 2018, we were watching a movie when Tina felt the voice of God whisper, "Why Not India?" 

Immediately, she knew what this was about. God was asking our family to consider adopting from India.

After 10 months of praying and through multiple confirmations from people who knew nothing about what we were praying for, we felt God give an answer and we signed the initial paperwork to begin our adoption process!

We are beyond excited and are doing everything we can to be prepared to welcome a beautiful new life into our home. 

As part of our adoption process, we have started a crowdfunding campaign. It may surprise you to hear that adoption related costs can easily total up to $35,000 or more. Our adoption is estimated to be around $33,000, which includes travel to India to meet & bring home our child.

We know that is a BIG number, but remember that there is a life on the other side of that number - someone who is waiting to be welcomed into a forever family. When you have this perspective, and know that God is on your side, that amount doesn't seem too daunting. And guess what! We've already received one grant for $5,000! Which helps us start the home study process! Yay!
