Hey All, 
First of all, WOW. The overwhelming amount of support we have received has been such a blessing. We are SO grateful of everyone and the love, phone calls, facetimes, donations, supporting conversations and prayers you have given us. We could not do this without each of you. 

Short update here: We have already raised over 7k dollars! Praise God! He is so faithful and to each of you that has given in any way, THANK YOU! 

Currently, we are still in the second phase and are coming close to the end of it. This is the crazy amount of background checks, paperwork for days and then some more, training, and a little more paperwork in there. We should be complete by the end of the year with this phase and move on to the third. this is where they will do the home study.  We also have some in person training in February that we will attend just outside of Charlotte for two days.

Brittany and I are so grateful for each of you and that you are following along in this process with us!
Prayer requests would be that we finish this phase strong, and enter the home study phase with confidence and excitement. 
That God would continue to prepare our hearts and minds for the transition. And prepare the adoptee's parent(s) for this transition as well and that through this exchange they will come to know Jesus. Lastly, continued financial support and acceptance of grants as we move forward.
