Here we go again!

That's right we are working on bringing home kiddo #2, but let me back things up just a little.

It wasn't too long ago that Mike and I (Keri) thought God was closing a door on our hopes to raise a family.  As it turns out, he was just opening our eyes to the plan he had in store for us, and man, was his plan amazing!  In December of 2016, we brought home our 2 year old son, Sean.  There is no doubt, becoming a parent through adoption has been a blessing beyond measure.  A week after finalizing Sean's adoption here in the USA, we started the long road to adopting, again.

We are currently waiting on a referral from the Philippines.  We are hoping to bring home a child from the Special Home Findings list.  Sean has CP and we work hard to be his biggest supporters and advocates.  In the same way, we know there is a lengthy list of surgeries awaiting the next little one and therapies as well.  While we are comfortable with providing quality care and building the confidence that will be necessary, we recognize the financial burden that lies ahead.

We know God will provide, but are not naive that the expenses due upon accepting a referral and travel, followed by medical bills can be quite a burden.  We have set a goal of $18,000 to help us afford the remaing adoption fees and travel.  We thank you for taking the time to hear our family's story, and cannot thank you enough for any contribution in bringing our little one home.
