UPS:  I owe you all an update and a HUGE THANK YOU for either physically or electronically participating in our first official fundraiser party!  
To our vendors:  Leigh Anne with Younique Makeup, and Katie with Jamberry Nails, we can't thank you enough for donating your time and commission.
To everyone who purchased products from them or my Tupperware sale, you made it all worth it and are bringing us another step closer to bringing a child home.

DOWNS:  I am grateful to God for the finances coming into our fundraiser from this, especially as we just hit a pretty bad road bump...or pot hole, take your pick.  If anyone has filled out applications for grants, you can feel my pain.  I have spent days and weeks filling out what is essentially the same information in all different formats, writing personal testimonies, adoption testimonies, statements of belief, etc.  Today I am finally ready to submit, and went back online to check all 5 organizations by website or phone call to confirm details.  Well, 1 of them just closed for the near future due to lack of funds, a call to another told me we weren't actually eligible so don't bother sending, and the other is also postponed indefinitely.  Well, we are down to 2 remaining grants...allllllll those hours, gone.  For nothing.  I know this is Satan throwing wrenches in our path, but he won't win and can't win; he has already lost. However, I could use any continued prayers for strength and peace, and a hug if you happen to be nearby.  :)

FUTURE:  Please share this with others, and stay tuned for future updates:  I will continue to sell Tupperware in addition to my regular job and donate all proceeds to our fundraiser.
