WHERE WE ARE AS OF NOVEMBER 2, 2015

Praying a lot for starters! This past Friday we had our first potential birth-mom view our profile book (an autobiography book we created with photos and information about our lives). She has several days to consider us among other adoptive families that matched the criteria, so we could hear back on that any day now.

We have also been made aware of 9 year old twin girls who are coming up for adoption in our local community, and just now an 8 year old boy from China whose adoption fell through.

It’s as if the floodgates of children needing homes have been opened directly into our lives, and we need as many people praying for the right placements for them and for us. We are currently approved for infant adoption only, but can go back and rework the paperwork for older children (I’m not sure how long this would take or at what cost, but if it’s meant to be it will work out).
