We have BIG news!

We are adopting a child!

We are beyond excited and are doing everything we can to be prepared to welcome a beautiful new life into our home. As part of our adoption process, we have started a crowdfunding campaign. The cost of adoption from Colombia is likely to be about $40,000-$45,000. We've saved about $11,000 of our own money, and friends and family have donated another $8,000 outside of this site. 

We're hoping to bring in a significant amount once we can apply for grants in a couple months once our home study is complete. Grants could likely add up to $5,000-10,000.

To fully fund our adoption, we need to fundraise another $15,000 or so. That's what this site is set up for. We hope that by inviting you into this process, you will see yourself as part of the community we hope to build around our child as he/she grows up. Thank you in advance for investing in our family!
