I had to write an update today!  We sat down today with a notary and had all our documents notarized.  Tomorrow, Wes is heading to the Secretary of State to get everything apostilled (basically a second verification that the documents are authentic) and then we mail everything to Ukraine.  We'll wait up to six week before hearing that we are approved (we just have to be!) and we will receive travel dates.  Almost there!
