We are learning more about Sergey through people who have met him or have been involved with the Reece's Rainbow Adoption Ministry in some way.  We are learning just how many people love this boy and who are excited to see that his family has found him!  Comments on our blog posts, conversations on Facebook, and other avenues prove to us how many people have been working for Sergey's adoption long before his story reached our ears.  He is incredibly loved!  Our boy was listed as Simon on the RR website, but his actual name is Sergey.

We have had our first meeting with our social worker and it went great.  We love our social worker, Kristy.    Our paperwork for the Home Study is gathered...only a few necessary odds and ends.  The next time we meet, we will have everything for our social worker but the medical forms.  Our doc appointments are scheduled for the the end of June.  Our next meeting with Kristy is on the 23rd.

Also on our schedule is time for a contractor to visit our home and provide us with an estimate of changes that need to be made to our home.  Moving is necessary, but changes surely need to be made.  Sergey must be able to move around his new home!

The first U.S Citizenship and Immigration Services document (the I-600 A) is complete and that form along with $720 will be express mailed to Texas asap!
