THANK YOU everyone who has given towards this fundraiser! We're HALFWAY there. We've raised enough for 5 days of mentoring in the community next year... let's see if we can get it to 10 days of mentoring before Thanksgiving! Clean out the change drawer, share on Facebook, phone a friend... We can do this! 

In the mean time: 

Meet Lerato! She is a community mentor in iThemba's Early Childhood Development home-based programme. That means she visits moms and babies at home, and helps mothers connect with, and stimulate their babies/toddlers. She lends them toys, teaches them simple games, and helps support the mothers however she can. 

Here's what she's thankful for: 
"I feel inspired making a difference in people's lives in such an inspiring community like Sweetwaters." 

We think Lerato's pretty inspiring, too! :)
