Saturday, January 9, 2016, took a tragic and heartbreaking turn for the Becker family. Terry Becker and his daughter, MacKenzie, were visiting Jake McKain in the Philippines. Jake serves there with Samaritan's Purse, a Christian disaster relief organization. 

That beautiful Saturday, Terry suddenly passed away, leaving behind MacKenzie, his wife, Jane, and his other daughter, Mallory, along with a host of family and friends who are deeply grieving this loss.

We can barely imagine the searing pain and desperate confusion those close to Terry are experiencing in these days. While we plead to the Lord Jesus Christ to bring peace and comfort in the midst of sorrow, we are also asking the Father to provide for the costly expenses that have risen from this tragedy.

We are seeking God's provision to cover costs incurred in the Philippines, international travel expenses and other incidentals. Donations made through Pure Charity are tax-deductible.

Please pray for Jane, MacKenzie, Mallory and others whose hearts are broken, that the Lord will manifest His presence and spirit in a way they have never experienced, through the love and support of the Body of Christ.
