Tom's case has been ACCEPTED by the doctor and hospital in Thailand.

PRAISE GOD!  

Plans are for him to be there by Friday, Lord willing. He is overwhelmed by the support and love that has been shown to him. His friend who is taking care of him in Ethiopia shared this with us: "Tom feels overwhelmed by the love of his friends in America and in Ethiopia but I am not surprised given who he has been to so many. Tom has touched many and now he is feeling the true love and feels so grateful! Today, he said to me, “I never knew people love me that much. I am glad I did not die when I bleed the 1st time, now even if I don’t make it; I have seen great things---God’s amazing love and people over me”. He went on to say, “I did not know you love me that much and do all that for me”

What an amazing man!  

We also got an estimate from the hospital now that he is accepted.  It appears the surgery and post-op care will be around $30,000.  This does not include flights for him and his caretaker going with him or expenses that will occur in Thailand.  So, after we meet the goal of $25,000 this week, Lord willing, we will leave this page up to help with rest of those expenses.
