Hello everyone, We are Rob, Liz, Lydia, Jackson, and Carter Stokes. Rob and Liz have been married for thirteen years. Our family is matched with a beautiful baby boy here in the United States. Carter was born 6/14 and has already had 4 open heart surgeries, 2 heart caths, a diaphragm placation, and multiple other procedures. Carter is looking at having more surgeries over the next 1-4 years. His prognosis is to live a full and happy life once we complete these procedures. We've prayed over and have heard God's voice telling us it's time add to our family through adoption. We've witnessed and loved what adoption has brought to our friends and family. While completing our home study, becoming matched, and being placed we have felt our families grow closer together through the excitement of what's to come.
