Wow what a great 3 days we have had! First and foremost, we have received such an outpouring of love from our friends regarding Lifesong for Orphan's matching grant! We currently have $1800 ready to be matched penny for penny.  

Secondly, this week we had all our major documents copied and sent off for authentification and state seals. Texas returned them with seals 2 working days later, but the one document from Ohio (Steve's birth certificate) seemed to take forever. I was very surprised to find out that it came in the mail this morning!

So now what? Well we are now getting ready to send our documents to sent to Washington D.C..   The courier will receive it, look it over, and submit it to the Department of State.   That will take a few days. Then it will go to the Chinese Embassy for their stamp of approval.   That is currently taking 6 days. Then it is DONE and ready to prepare to send to China! We will still have a 4 to 5 month wait, but all the paperwork will now be in China's hands.

God is so good and this dream we had is slowly becoming a reality. We appreciate all prayers and will keep you up to date on all events!
