An overdue update... our paperwork was completed a few weeks ago and we are officially in "waiting to be matched" status with our consulting agency. We have been working on fundraising and reviewing birth situations as we receive them. We are almost half way to our needed funds ($18,500 of $40-45,000) in no small part thanks to each of YOU and have a benefit dinner and Chinese auction coming up on June 30th. We have applied also to several grants and are waiting to hear back from them - hopefully soon! 

Please continue praying as we receive birth situations that it is very clear to us which situation(s) to present our profile to, as well as the birth families as they make the decision on which family they want to adopt their child. We know that each child we say no to (or are not chosen for) has the perfect family chosen for them, and that God has the perfect child out there for us! But it is still a great leap of faith and trusting in God and His timing!
