I have BIG news!

I have always dreamed about what it would be like to be a mother, from when I was a little girl helping take care of babies at my mother's daycare. Over the last year, I have been praying specifically about becoming a mother and God has given his answer.... Adoption!  I have started the adoption process with Bethany Christian Services and I am beyond excited about where this journey will take me. I am doing everything I can to be prepared to welcome a beautiful new life into my home.

My homestudy is complete, and my profile book is done and open for showing to birth families. So not it's just a period of waiting to be matched with a child. 

I would appreciate your prayers and support throughout this process. 

It also may surprise you that adoption related costs can easily total up to $25,000 or more. So if you are willing/able to help support me financially in this endeavor, it would be much appreciated. For those that know me well, know that I do not like asking for money, but I know that in times like this, it's more about finding your community of support and allowing God to work within others who may be feeling called to help out. I appreciate any type of support that you are willing to give, but most importantly is your prayers.
