Sewing a brighter future...

Women from Westside A Jesus Church will be traveling to Bethany Village in Uganda to teach women to sew and make jewelry. Your gift can help purchase the machines, tools and supplies needed to get them started. 

The team of women from Westside will spend time with house moms at Bethany Village who are each caring for and raising up some amazing young orphan children.  Part of our goal on this trip is to help equip the women with skills that help with the economic development of their individual house.  Skills such as tailoring, jewelry making, gardening, quilting, embroidery and the like, are possible means to a business they can bring to the marketplace to support and better their provisions for the kids in their homes.
