Hi All!

WOW! Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU! How wildly crazy that my pre-deployment fundraising goal was reached as my bus pulled out of NYC!? God is so good and I'm so grateful for people like you in my life!!

I leave tomorrow (!!!) night and have been able to spend some precious time with my family since orientation week at headquarters in early January. I'm excited, nervous and a bit giddy about the fact that this is somehow happening now :)

I'm still figuring out how I'm going to share updates/pictures; as soon as I know, I'll update you all! I'm hoping to set up some prayer partners and a plan for catching up with people who are interested in being part of a core group of encouragers if (when) the going gets a bit tough... reach out if you're interested! I'd also love to send each of you a thank you/post card - send me your mailing address so I can send one to you!

Finally, I will be leaving my fundraiser up and active for the majority of my time abroad as the monthly donations continue to help with expenses. If you've been giving monthly, or are interested, you can start or stop whenever you'd like and single gifts are still an appreciated option as well.
