All because two people fell in love ....

Thank you for coming to our link and sharing this journey with us.  Some of you know us all too well, while some of you are just getting to know our family through this journey.  

Let's begin where it all started.  A little over 12 years ago David and I met.  Young and ready to conquer the world.  David asked my parents for permission to court me and after three weeks of courting, he asked my parents for my hand in marriage.  We received our parents blessing and in less than 4 months we were married!

The more we got to know each other we found that we were like parts of a puzzle that the other person had the piece to.  We longed for a large family and after a year of living in the honeymoon stage we decided it was time to begin our family.  Although that was our plan, God had other plans.  We struggled in infertility for five years and then we had our miracle child Keilah Moriah.  She came a sunny Monday afternoon and started to fill that longing that we had to grow our family.

Once Keilah turned one we decided that we were ready to continue our family.  With the past experience of infertility we thought that the process would be longer, however David Jeremiah came real quick.  David was also born a sunny Monday morning less than 1 year later. 

Now that Keilah is 6 and David is 4 we are excited about the opportunity to welcome a new baby into our family.  We are in the process of adopting a little baby and would like to invite you to journey with us.  God put the desire in our hearts to expand our family through adoption, just like in Ephesians 1:5 where it brought God great pleasure who decided in advance to adopt us into his own family by Jesus Christ. 

We have started a fundraiser on Pure Charity to raise the funding that we need to make our adoption a success. We have a donations goal of $20,000 that will go towards the cost of the adoption. Our hearts are overwhelmed with joy awaiting our new blessing to join. Keilah and David are excited to have their baby with us soon!
