Every year our family takes this time to make special donations to organizations that have struck our heart by the work that they do. In 2018, one of our big family goals was to live out more fully Jesus’ words to us during his time on earth. As we celebrate Jesus’ birth, we give to to others with the deep understanding that as he tells us in Matt. 25:34-40, when we feed the hungry, invite in the stranger, or clothe the needy, whatever we do for “the least of these brothers and sisters of mine” we do for Him!

It’s with that thought in mind that we’d love to introduce you to a few organizations that we’ve been working with, traveling with and serving with for many years. While I’m sure many of you have others you give to that are doing great work, I also know it can sometimes be hard to know just where to give, and to trust that your donation will get to those you hope to serve. Willie and I are on the Board of Directors each of these organizations and can assure you that they are each fulfilling God’s call to care for “the least of these” with great care and in beautiful and unique ways. We are honored to be a small part, and wanted to invite you to join us!
