Today seemed like a good point to update our "followers" seeing as it's national sibling day and we are working to bring Caleb home a little brother or sister! He will be such an amazing big brother and I can't wait to see how God uses him and our family. He will most likely be at least 3 before  any placement happens, which adds some urgency to our desire to adopt. 

Between our pure charity donations, some amazing anonymous donations, photography work, 31, and sweet friends we have raised about $3,400. What a blessing that is! Unfortunately we are still short over $2,000 and immediately following those payments, an additional $8,600. One day at a time, we are getting there.

We have 31 parties, a yard sale, and wine party coming up in the next month or so that we would love for you to be a part of!

Our home study is progressing well. Being the "list-checker" that I am, I found the home study process intense, but still manageable. Once we have physicals and our fire inspection, we will be on to the second phase of our home study process. 

It has been a pretty crazy experience thus far, with much of the same roller-coaster of emotions as I experienced during pregnancy with Caleb. It's a consuming process with such an unknown future we just have to trust it is in God's hands.
