Dear Family and Friends,

            If you do not know already, I feel as if God is calling me to go on a mission trip this upcoming summer. God has had this on my heart for about almost a year and I want to obey what the Lord says. This trip will take place July 4th-11th in Jarabacoa, Dominican Republic. We will be partnering with Kids Alive International. Kids Alive is a Christian faith mission dedicated to rescuing orphans and vulnerable children – meeting their spiritual, physical, educational, and emotional needs.  In addition, we will be serving with the people of Jarabacoa through service projects and any other way that God wants us to in our visit there.

            I want to invite you to join me in supporting KAI this summer. There are many different ways this can be accomplished. The most important would be prayer. Pray that everything leading up to the trip is not hectic, traveling over to the DR runs smoothly, and that God will show his presence while we are there, that people will hear the Gospel, and lives would be changed.

            Another way to support KAI would be to partner with me financially. This trip is going to cost $2000. The cost will cover my plane ticket, my accommodations, and all the food while in the country. Any amount you can give will help! 

            I just want to say that I am thankful for all of you. I pray that this trip will change my life forever. To me this isn’t just a short term mission trip but a life changing experience not just for myself but also the people in Jarabacoa. Thank you for your prayer and support, I cannot wait to experience this trip and be able to come back and tell you all about it.
