We are adopting a child!

We are beyond excited and are doing everything we can to be prepared to welcome a beautiful new life into our home. As part of our adoption process, we have started a crowdfunding campaign. It may surprise you to hear that adoption related costs can easily total up to $35,000 or more. This is why we have set a goal of $35,000 to help ease the financial burden that often overwhelms adoptive parents.

Right now, you can purchase a puzzle piece and be a part of the "puzzle" that puts our family together!

1. We purchased a 520 piece puzzle with a significant photo on the front. Each piece of the puzzle is $20.00.

2. Purchase however many pieces you would like! 

3. As donations come in, we will put the donor's name on the back of the puzzle piece(s).

4. We will put the puzzle together and frame in a double sided frame. Baby Owens will be able to look at all of the people that significantly changed his or her life!

More About Our Story:

We tried conceiving for a year before we found out that we would not be able to have children naturally. We immediately pursued IVF. We had one egg retrieval and after all the different tests and developments we ended up with 3 viable embryos. 

We transferred our first one and became pregnant. Unfortunately, we miscarried early on.  We transferred the other two one at a time but both failed.  

We then went on to try IUI twice but failed both times. We have spent about $45,000 on trying to make our family grow so our finances are tight.

After some time of not trying, we felt ourselves being pulled to adoption. We are lucky to be working with Mustard Seed Adoption Consultants to find our missing puzzle piece!  We are so excited to be working with them and to welcome our baby into our family! Help our parents become grandparents and our brothers and sisters to be aunts and uncles and for us to be a Mother and a Father! We appreciate all the love and support we have gotten thus far and we have only just begun! Thank You!
