We know that we will be matched with our baby when God sees fit.  Of course, we would love to have the baby here with us right now, yet we are perfectly content.  We want to enjoy every season that God has us in and right now, He has us as a family of five.  (Yes, we are including our two dogs and rabbit in that number).  However, we are trying to do some special things while we wait to be placed with our baby.  Of course, we are praying for our baby and birth mother multiple times a day.  In addition to that, we hung a 2016 calendar up in the baby's room.  Originally, this calendar was going to be for in case our baby comes this year, then we thought we could write milestones on certain days (first time he/she smiled, crawled, the weight and height of the baby at his/her doctor appts, etc).  However, we have decided to write a little message to the baby each day on the calendar.  This gives us something to look forward to each day and we hope that someday, this will be a treasured keepsake for our child.  We just want this precious child to know how very much we love him/her!
