Thank you so much to all of our family, friends, and even strangers for all the wonderful support we have received over the past few days as we shared the beginning of our adoption journey with you. Your prayers and encouragement mean the absolute world to us.
We just wanted to take a minute to introduce ourselves to those of you who do not know us. Tupper was born in Michigan where he lived until he moved to Wisconsin when he married Jill. Jill has lived in Wisconsin for her whole live except for three years when she resided in Minnesota during her elementary school years.
We share a combined love for farming. We currently live on the dairy farm where Tupper works at and we dream of owning our own farm someday. We can’t imagine our child(ren) not growing up in the country/on a farm. We love that our future child(ren) will be able to see both of his/her/their parents throughout the day.
Aside from farming, we enjoy hiking (with our two dogs), being around family and friends, watching sporting events (Brewers and Packers for Jill, Michigan State games for Tupper), reading, etc.
Jill has always wanted to adopt a child ever since she first learned about it in 4th grade. Tupper was right on board with her when they began dating and loved the idea. We are so glad that we feel God calling us to pursue this right now.
After spending many years in the childcare profession as both a daycare worker and a nanny, Jill is beyond excited to be a stay-at-home Mom. Tupper is so grateful that he will also be able to interact with the child a lot throughout the day since his current work schedule allows him to come home for both a breakfast and lunch break. (Ok it does help that we live on the farm that he works at. :) ).
Thank you again for all of your support. We are so touched by your kindness!
