We have BIG news!

We have been approved to adopt Joy Yunxi from an orphanage in Shaanxi, China!  She has been well-cared for since birth and has a happy vibrant spirit! Her caregivers report that she loves music and reading.  

We are beyond excited and are doing everything we can to be prepared to welcome Yunxi into our home. So far, we have been able to cover over half of the necessary adoption costs due to being careful with spending and using savings. We are reaching the end of our resources and are therefore inviting others to help with the final costs of the adoption process.  

The daunting costs associated with international adoption thwart many families from pursuing this option. We feel fortunate to have been able to cover as much of the costs as we have without having to ask for help, yet we are reaching the end of our resources and are reaching out to family and friends at this point.
