Trip Costs

The total for trip costs is an estimate of all expenses anticipated for the duration of the trip. This cost includes airfare, emergency fund, travel insurance, visa, room & board, etc. Total cost per person will be adjusted to actual trip costs once airfare has been purchased. A $175 non-refundable deposit is required before each registrant is considered officially part of the trip.
