Enrich the Lives of Kids with Sensory Processing Disorders

Ekisa is home to several children with sensory processing disorders and this project aims at providing them with a Multi-Sensory Room that will help enrich the lives of these kids!

Multi-Sensory Room
Provide therapy toys and sensory equipment for children with sensory processing disorders
$1,500

Total Funding Needed:
$1,500

Children with special needs in Uganda are often pushed to the margins of a society steeped in poverty. Often due to disability, individuals are seen as cursed; Ekisa has become a loving home to many of these children. We invite you to see past the disability and to their humanity.

Many of the children at the Ekisa Home have sensory processing disorders, and they love spending time in the Multi-Sensory Room. Unfortunately, the room is currently in shambles and they only have very basic supplies.

We would love your help in providing new sensory equipment and therapy toys for the Multi-Sensory room so that these kids will have a place to explore and relax in a way that suits their needs.

PLEASE JOIN US AS WE FUND a multi-sensory room and help enrich the lives of THESE BEAUTIFUL KIDDOS.
