Hello Mozambique Team,

On April 10, you will be having orientation at 5;00 pm at the student counsilors pavillion. That night we will be collecting a few documents from you in order to be able to process your Visa.

Current valid passport (all passport must be valid and signed)

Completed and signed application form (complete it online and print and sign           https://visaoffice.adventist.org/wp-content/uploads/mozambique.pdf

Passport Photos (2)

Copy of Legal status (if non-US)

Copy of Yellow Fever certificate.  Please don't wait until the last minute.

If you do not have the items above by April 10 our office will not be able to assist you with the necessary travel visa.
