As part of a summer hosting experience, we spent 5 wonderful weeks with a 15 year old girl named Veronica from Colombia, South America. Although our family faced some personal challenges during her visit, her time with us truly blessed our family in ways we never anticipated. 

Veronica’s only wish is, in her own words, “To have my own family that appreciates my differences and will love me forever, and to have the opportunity of a lifetime to be loved.”
Veronica’s history is very complicated and full of deep sadness and loss. We do not want her to experience another loss. She will age out in less than 10 months and will no longer be able to be adopted. We don’t have much time! 

With your help, we can be the family that Veronica has dreamed of for the last five years. Every dollar or share will help us toward that goal. Every bit, no matter how small, can change her life.
