Hey friends!!! 

We are well underway with our paperwork which means we are one step closer to our child! We have more boxes on the "to do" list checked off than not, however we have a few very big things to complete on that list. We have all the photos and information filled our for our adoption profile book. This book is the first thing the birth mom will see and how she will potentially choose us as adoptive parents. We have posed and candid photos as well as information from silly little quirky things about us to more serious topics such as how we plan to raise our child, our beliefs, values, hope, goals, etc. Shout out to Heather Bullard Photography for capturing our lifestyle (which I may add is very uneventful)! Our home study should be complete within the next 2-3 weeks, once this is complete and our profile adoption book done then we can go ACTIVE! Active means our profile will be put out there for birth mom's who are deciding to make an adoption plan for their baby. On average a family is active for 4 months before matched and matched could mean the baby is coming to he/she will be here in 9 months. Soooo be praying for us! We know that God has a baby planned for this family already. Pray for him/her. Pray for their birth mom. For her comfort and peace with her choice because no matter how it may be perceived placing a child for adoption is always an act of love. Pray that we trust in God's timing and in His provision. We love you all and are grateful for the emotional and financial support you have shown! We cant thank you enough!!
