My name is Jenny Lincoln.

For the last 8 years, I had been a 4th grade teacher.  I LOVE kids and I am probably the BIGGEST kid of them all.  (All who know me, would agree!)  Teaching had been a passion of mine as I saw and helped my mother as a little girl and wanted to follow in her footsteps.  But there are also other passions of mine that run deep within my heart that I believe now is my time to pursue.  And that is helping and caring for people around the world.

I have left teaching and have joined in with a community of other passionate people to help others around the world and I could not be more excited!

Although my daily duties will vary, my main agenda will be helping those in need physically, emotionally, spiritually.  Bringing health and clean water to those in different communities in the mountains of Nepal.  Helping transform a community in getting out of poverty and helping children gain an education in Africa.  Counseling, caring for, and educating those whom have lived in the human trafficking world in Asia.  Simply bringing joy and hope to those who may have none.  Not just in my own backyard, but around the world.

I am starting this fundraiser on Pure Charity to raise the funding that I need in order to complete this mission.  I plan on taking 3 different trips throughout East Asia and one in Africa, and need $10,000 to cover the costs for these.  I also have a recurring donations goal of $3,500 per month to help sustain me while I serve.  Every donation, big or small, will be instrumental in being able to fulfill this mission!
