Welcome to Laundry Love Las Vegas, where it is our mission to help families and individuals in need have the gift of free laundry.

It all started with a Rick Warren Ted Talk about Life and Purpose when my purpose of washing clothes was revealed to me. It was made clear when he mentioned that the good life is about being and doing good, and that significance comes from giving your life away. Rick Warren’s, Ted Talk was confirmation that I needed to wash clothes for others because it was an act of service that continued to come up. The first time was while volunteering at a women's shelter when one of the residents shared with me that washing clothes was a burden because of cost and lack of transportation. From that day those words never left me. After some research, I realized that the cost of washing clothes is a financial burden for low income individuals and it is an underserved need, and I had to do something about it.

I decided to partner with Laundry Love because it is an organization that exists to help the physical and emotional strain that poor health and hygiene places on the under resourced. It is an organization founded on the principle that every human being has tremendous worth, value and possibility, and it starts with clean clothes.

Your contribution of $30 can sponsor an average of 8 loads of laundry for a family, which will give them the gift of clean clothes and allow them to redirect their funds to other basic needs. Help us give the gift of clean clothes and reach our goal of raising $10,000 to provide free laundry service once a month for a year.
