To our dearest friends and family,

 As we reflect back on the past 3 ½ years of our marriage we both so clearly see how much each and every one of you have played a role in our relationship. We so greatly appreciate all the love, support and encouragement you have provided. We would like to ask you to continue being apart of all the amazing things God has in store for us. One of the biggest things we feel called to and enjoy is being in ministry together. We currently have the opportunity to serve the youth of our valley with Kyle being the youth pastor at Rancho Community Church. We feel called as a team to the work of building the kingdom of God and are excited to see what God has in store for us.

In October we have an opportunity for ministry together and for God to continue to reveal his plan for our lives by serving on a short-term mission’s team to Ethiopia (Africa). Our team will be focusing on preventing human trafficking through educating families on the value of human life using the “Priceless Cube.” Nicole will also have an incredible opportunity to meet with and share Gods love with women who have already been rescued. We both feel so incredibly blessed to be apart of this team.

            ‘E3 Partners’ is a mission organization dedicated to ‘Transforming Lives around the World.” A large portion of Ethiopia and the villages we will be going into are considered Unreached and are heavily Muslim populated. We will be sending in Holland Chickens to different villages prior to our arrival, this primarily opens the doors for us to come in and share. We will then have the opportunity to share the Priceless Cube and hopefully Gods word as well. If there are people in the village that accept Christ, a church will be planted and a Ethiopian pastor will follow up with the new believers to establish doctrine and church leadership.

It is estimated that approx 551,000 young children in Ethiopia alone have been taken in the past 10 years. How this tends to happen is criminal groups prey on uneducated and poor families by promising a better life for their children or relatives. Only after the families pay more money than they have, the group’s offer transport to better schools and jobs. Sadly, their relatives are then trafficked and put in inhumane conditions with little or no food and are rarely ever seen again. It breaks our heart to know that humans created in the image of God would be sold as slaves used for forced sexual satisfaction or forced labor. With the new president of Ethiopia being a Christian and giving E3 partners the “go ahead” to educate and share the gospel, we feel a difference can be made.

            Our hearts break for every person affected and for the unreached people who will possibly never hear the good news of Jesus Christ in their lives. We ask you to be apart of this mission with us! We have attached ways you can pray. With humbled hearts we are also asking for financial support. The trip cost for both of us will be $7,000. So far we have raised $2200 and we are asking for help with raising the rest. We thank you all so much for all your support through the years and all the support that we know is to come!
