For the past few years, we've felt our hearts being stirred to consider adoption. Blessed with two natural-born children (Rayna, 7, and Elliana 4), we feel our family has room for more and we're following the Lord's leading to be open to caring for a child who needs a forever family. We're so excited to give a child an opportunity to grow up in our home and teach her the best things that we know.

To help with the financial side, we've started a fundraiser on Pure Charity to raise the funding that we need to make our adoption a success. In total, we estimate the adoption will cost a little over $30,000. The majority of this goes to our two agencies who facilitate the adoption: CCAI and LCFS. We plan to do various other fundraisers to assist with the non-deductible portion of the adoption expenses (travel, state filing paperwork, etc.), yet a significant portion of the necessary expenditures can be met through tax-deductible contributions on Pure Charity.
