It is an exciting and busy week for the Jones Family! Here is the re-cap:
Closing on the sale of Longford Dr.
Tonight, after months of hard work, we are officially selling our beloved first house -- Go team Jones!
In January, Corey and I had asked for prayers of clarity on what our next step should be. Shortly after, it became apparent to both of us that it was time to list our house for sale. We knew deep down that we wouldn't become a family of four until we opened a new door (figuratively and literally) to our next chapter . That said, it is pretty bittersweet saying goodbye to a home that was soo very good to us and saw us through some of the best and worst seasons of our life.
Closing on the purchase of Willow Ct.
We found a home! It is in the perfect location, has a pretty red door, lots of room to grow and tomorrow morning it is all ours! We can not wait to get the keys and start moving -- but we won't be officially moving until April 21st. We decided to wait to move because (1) we do not have to be out of Longford Drive until the end of April, (2) we are starting Braydon in a new school on April 2nd and want him to settle at school before he has a new bedroom, and (3) I am taking the PE on April 13th and am so excited about moving and decorating I will completely abandon studying if given the choice.
We can not wait to see what and who (baby -- are you out there?) our new home will bring us. Corey and I are beyond excited. We feel like we have found the house that will become our home for the foreseeable future. It is the home that Braydon and Baby Jones will remember... Pretty crazy right!?!
Our Third Wedding Anniversary
Corey and I will celebrate 3 years of marriage on Sunday. This is pretty self explanatory. :)
