Hello friends, 

It has been 3 full days and everyone made it successfully 🙌  the team is unified and in good spirits. It is wonderful to see the younger generation step into leadership whether in leading the group or an activity. These young women have a heart for Jesus and willingly serve. 

The Hostel, City Circus, is accommodating, air conditioned, and safe. We've blessed the staff by serving them, cleaning up, giving words of encouragement and prayer. I would highly recommend them if you are ever visiting Athens or plan to come with a group. 

Last night we served at a Pakistani Church  - Center of Hope. They sung the Psalms in Urdu and they shared the lyrics with us.  Psalm 92




I was asked to share a message and while I had one prepared God decided I would share something a little different, a message that focused on their identity and remembering who God is.. faith comes before the miracles and faith comes by hearing and doing, God is a great rewarder of our faith. We are marveloysly made in His image. What we feed our faith, how we exercise it, will make all the difference in how we see or know God so it is important to read the Bible and know Him. This is a very short summary of the message but it gives you an idea. 

We are preparing for the medical clinic tonight (June 1st) and homeless outreach. Pray we are vigilant as we walk, with 20 lovely women and most being young females, they become targets for pick pockets. They have been some close encounters and we want to observant. My friend Rose is on this trip and I'm training her for missions. She is doing great and full of excitement but also likes to go slow which makes for a perfect pairing. Pray over us as we seek God in all things and serve together tonight in providing spiritual counseling.
