HOPE School had an incredible launch in 2014 and we are so excited to see what great things are ahead in 2015. God blessed us with generous donors who helped us get off the ground last year and we are confident that He will continue to provide friends who can keep us going (and growing) in the years to follow.

HOPE School now serves 46 young Kenyan leaders. These men and women have direct influence on literally thousands upon thousands of others every week, as they work in Christian ministries, schools and through local churches all over Kenya. We consider it a blessing that we get to partner with these young people, who trust us to equip, eduacate and encourage them.

HOPE School is committed to keeping things personal and simple. We do all of our work with just one full time Kenyan staff member and a handful of volunteers in the US. Our 2015 operating budget covers: one full time salary, costs for transport, phone and internet services in Kenya, and celebration meals hosted for students three times a year. Our total operating budget and fundraising goal for 2015 is $8,000. Yes, we can run an online school in Kenya for $8,000.

Our goal is to raise the entire $8,000 budget for 2015 during the next two months. If we can raise our budget before the end of this year, we will be able to start the new year focused on the real work of teaching and learning and serving with our students in Kenya.
