A little over a year and a half ago, we began our journey towards parenthood. Part of our journey included a mountainous $27,000 that we needed to have ready to go in order for our son or daughter to be placed with us. Our path towards parenthood is still very much in process, but the actual dollars needed for placement are no longer an obstacle. In fact, we are close enough to the full $27000 that we have decided to close the fundraiser on this page as to avoid raising more money than we need.


Your generosity, along with a grant we received a few months ago (which will be disbursed to our agency at placement) have made this possible. We are so grateful to all of you who have given so graciously, prayed for us, supported us and wait with us (and continue to wait with us). We wouldn't be where we are in this process without you.
