Adoption Update! It's a boy!!! We have been so blessed to have been matched with a little boy. For privacy purposes, we can't reveal much information. He's a little over one years old and so stinking cute! Since I can't share a photo of him, I've included a hand drawn future family portrait with a sketch of his likeness. Yes, I realize I have mad skills when it comes to drawing. I even took the liberty to frame it. 😁

So what happens next? Well, we wait. Based on the last update we received, we should have about 3-6 months before we are called to Korea for a court date. We estimate that this will happen sometime in the early spring. We get monthly updates with pictures.Each picture we receive reveals how much he has grown and changed. We are missing out on many of his first milestones, but the pictures also demonstrate how well cared for and loved he is right now. And that brings comfort and peace in the wait.

We have come a long ways in this journey. And we could not have made it this far without the help of so many friends and family. Thank you to everyone who has supported us along the way. We're in the final home stretch and the best is yet to come!!!
