Home visits completed! We have spent the past few weeks preparing the house for the social worker to come. I scrubbed this place from floor to ceiling. It was so clean you could lick the walls, which one member of our household does on occasion. We will not name names.

Anyway, the social worker barely noticed our house. The walk through was simple and under 5 minutes. She was more concerned with our reasons for adoption, our choice in Korea. We both met with her separately to discuss our past including childhood and extended family members. The 3rd visit was mostly about how to incorporate different cultural aspects into our lives. They want to know how we plan to keep the child's Korean culture alive in his life. She also help us start to brainstorm how will our life look with another family member.
