Amelia is located at an orphanage located in Bulgaria. We were "soft matched" with her on 11/29/2019. We sent in our i800a on 11/30/2019. We are awaiting approval from the USCIS for international adoption. As soon as we get the approval we will be able to move into the next step to rescue her from the orphanage which is mailing off our Dossier. Unfortunately this is where the big cost come in. In order to submit the Dossier we will need to pay 8,000 to our agency Global and another 1,900EURO to ANIDO in addition to the required fees to compile the Dossier itself.
